Raise a Request

This can happen if your funds are still being held by the payment gateway and have not yet been deposited into the company's account. Once the funds are credited to the company's account, your account will be created, and you will be notified via email. Otherwise, the payment gateway will issue a refund to your account in accordance with their policies.

It could be because the bank or payment gateway is holding the funds. It will be refunded in accordance with the bank/payment gateway’s rules and regulations.
